All the images that have been captured from the beginning till date are archived /saved in chronological order on our cloud based server. Users can use the following tools to quickly access archived images:

  • Navigation tool for quick access to recent images,
  • Calendar based image selection tool, allowing user to select archived image for chosen date and time, and
  • “Thumbnail-View” allows user to see image thumbnails for selected date, letting user to visually visit all the images of given day


Compare images captured at different instances to witness the actual work progress. Our interactive comparison tool allows user to compare image side by side, thereby pointing actual location of change in site appearance.


Any image can be annotated using simple markup tools to highlight major areas of concern. Annotated images can be shared internally with the team or externally with customers to pin-pointedly showcase the concerns/updates. These images get automatically saved in “Favorites" tab for future reference.


Want to receive daily image notifications? No need to visit dashboard every day! Use Auto-Email feature. Receiver’s Email ID and Email time can be preconfigured to receive timely mail alarms. Quick access to daily images keeps busy users in touch with project activities without putting in any extra effort.


All important images are saved in “Favorite" tab for future referencing. Annotated images, images shared via mail & images tagged as favorite are saved in Favorite tab. Sender/receiver mail-ID & time of action is also retained with each image in order to maintain transparency in image coordination. In a way, “Favorite” tab is the gallery of all important images ever used for inter/intra-team coordination.


No Need to wait till next photo update! Request “live image“. It triggers an event which automatically captures live image and updates the same on the dashboard within few seconds. Live images can be identified by “Live image tag” placed over it.


Filter out unnecessary data by customizing the time intervals for which images need to be captured. For example: You can customize the capture time to be 8am to 8pm for 6 days (say) a week. Avoid accumulation of excessive data & reduce un-necessary cost of data upload on cloud server.


Create project’s time-lapse videos from archived images. When video plays at normal speed, time appears to be moving fast thus the instances stored in months can be compiled and viewed in few minutes. Time lapse video proves out to be the most efficient tool to showcase project progress to stake holders.

It’s a label attached to an image, based on which accurate and credible date of its creation can be defined. Time stamps are especially helpful to recollect image captured history while revisiting project images in future. It also helps in systematic documentation of image data.


Every project is assigned with an administrator who controls project settings & the usage of dashboard tools.An Admin can authorize or restrict users to use auto-email, time lapse video, annotation & image sharing tools. Visibility of details in “Favorite" tab is also managed by admin only. In a way, admin can customize dashboard as per project requirement and user role.


Events were never been so simple to document. Event tagging is feature helps in recording an event in digital format. Any image can be assigned with an event. All such events are stored in a tab called “Event timeline”. At any point of time, user can visit Event-timeline showing all the events witnessed by corresponding images. Event timeline showing images arranged in reverse-chronological order provides project progress summary in few minutes.


Multiple camera access and Multi-view cameras on dashboard facilitate user to handle several cameras from dashboard and to see maximum 4 camera windows on dashboard, respectively.

Multiple Cameras: Via camera dropdown menu on dashboard, user can easily switch to any camera mounted on project site,

Multi-View Camera: Watching a site from more than one camera simultaneously broadcasts entire site activities on single dashboard.
